Run AI opportunity assessments across finance, operations and sales processes
Prototype and productionise solutions with Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex and major cloud AI services
Define data governance, security and Swiss FADP-compliant deployment patterns
Quantify benefits and build the business case with the client CFO
Train client teams and coach internal consultants on AI delivery
4+ years combining consulting or solution architecture with hands-on ML/AI engineering
Strong Python; practical experience with at least one major LLM stack (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or open-source)
Knowledge of MLOps, vector databases and evaluation frameworks
Fluent English; German B2+ for client workshops in DACH
Consulting communicator: structured, pragmatic, client-first
