Assess legacy processes and design the target digital architecture
Implement integrations between ERP, banking APIs, e-invoicing and e-identity services
Automate compliance workflows (AML/KYC, tax reporting) for e-residency clients
Set up cloud infrastructure and observability (AWS/UpCloud)
Document systems and train client teams for self-service
4+ years as software or integration engineer in cloud environments
Strong Python/Node.js and API design; OAuth2 and webhook patterns second nature
Familiarity with Estonian/e-Estonia services (X-Road, e-Residency) is a big plus
Fluent English; Russian or Finnish a bonus
Based in Estonia or Nordic region (EU work rights)
