Build the marketplace entry plan per country: pricing, logistics, compliance Optimise listings, content and reviews; run retail-media campaigns Manage channel P&L: margin, ad spend and inventory forecasts Set up reporting and automation across Amazon/Allegro/Shopify Coordinate with fulfilment, VAT and product-compliance specialists

4+ years in e-commerce/marketplace management with revenue responsibility Hands-on Amazon Seller Central/ADS experience; Allegro or Kaufland a plus Analytical Excel/BI skills and comfortable with €100k+ monthly GMV scope Fluent English; Russian, Finnish or Estonian valuable Based in Estonia or Baltic region
