TAC's executive bench is seeking a Fractional COO for Rhine-Main mid-market companies in logistics, financial services and professional services. You run operations during critical phases: cost transformation, ERP replacement, scaling after fundraising or leadership gaps.
Take operational responsibility for client companies 2 to 3 days per week
Diagnose process and cost structures; build and run the transformation roadmap
Lead operations, IT and customer-service teams through change
Install KPI systems, cadences and management routines
Steer ERP and automation programmes together with TAC's technology pods
Secure continuity: documentation, hiring and hand-over to a permanent COO
12+ years in operations leadership, ideally with COO or VP Operations roles
At least two completed transformation or ERP programmes in mid-market companies
Fluent German and English (French a plus)
Credibility with works councils and blue-collar teams
Based in or around Frankfurt with on-site presence 2 days per week
Executive fractional rates with framework agreements
Board-level exposure and real decision authority
Full support office: PM, ERP and data specialists on demand
Flexible portfolio of 1 to 3 concurrent mandates
Membership in TAC's international executive faculty
