We are strengthening our ERP engineering team in Zurich. As Odoo Technical Lead you architect and deliver Odoo version 17 to 20 implementations for Swiss SMEs and international groups: custom modules, integrations, migrations and performance. You own the technical quality of every release you ship.
Design and develop custom Odoo modules (Python, OWL, PostgreSQL) for accounting, CRM, inventory and project flows
Integrate Odoo with banking, payroll, e-commerce and BI systems via REST/XML-RPC
Lead code reviews, CI pipelines and deployment to Odoo.sh and on-premise
Size and supervise external development partners on larger workstreams
Document architectures and run technical workshops with client IT teams
5+ years of production Python, 3+ years delivering Odoo (15 or newer) in client projects
Solid PostgreSQL, Linux and Git skills; experience with OWL framework a plus
German/French at working level (B2+) and fluent English;
Certification Odoo (v18/19/20 developer or functional) is a strong plus
Swiss or EU/EFTA work permit
